This year marks 45 years since WESTWAY TRUST was established and to celebrate we’re holding a free party at Acklam Village with legendary local DJs including Don Letts, Gaz Mayall, Femi and Lepke, as well as live street art. We’re celebrating alongside the Portobello Film Festival who turn 21 this year. It is going to be a great evening of entertainment. I look forward to seeing you there.

The area around the Westway continues to be a hive of activity with our birthday party partners Portobello Film Festival in action until 18th September; the Dissenters’ Gallery at Kensal Green Cemetery is holding a fundraising event on 10th September; and RBKC’s Sing to Live, Live to Sing workshops are beginning at various local locations including the Venture Centre, Dalgarno Community Centre, and Latymer Community Church.
